If you haven't given OPAL a try, please do. It's a wonderful resource for many archived training sessions on various topics directly and indirectly related to libraries. Today I taught a 3 hour continuing education class for our USC School of Library and Information Science about using OPAL and I think everyone certainly learned something new...
